The Houston Texans have the lowest scoring offense in the league, and C.J. Stroud did not look like a ball placement specialist whatsoever versus the Jaguars. Former Houston Texans players Cecil Shorts and Seth Payne give their reaction. Cecil notes that C.J. was inaccurate on at least three of his deep shot opportunities in the game.
