It's a new month which means we're transitioning out of our summer cooking series (that was fun!) and into the meat of Season 4. Today, I'm joined by Jackie who interviews me on all things Intuitive Eating! It's a philosophy that has been so helpful in categorizing the way I think about nutrition and today, despite my ever present assertion that there is no one-size-fits-all diet out there, I share why I thinking Intuitive Eating really is for everyone. Let's dive in!

I'm back in the kitchen with you today, continuing our second annual summer cooking series. Today is all about tomato soup! Even though it's a warm recipe and we're not always craving piping hot stuff this time of year, this dish feels so seasonally appropriate to me...the first time I tried playing around with tomato soup recipes was one summer when my parents had more tomatoes than they could possibly eat ripening in their garden. And man, that memory of freshly ripened tomatoes from the garden going straight into dinner the same night sticks with me like the perfect grilled cheese. Wink, wink.

After all the good mental work we've done around body positivity this season, it's time to remember that at the end of the day, food is just food. We want to always leave space for celebrating this gift. Leah and I have had the privilege of doing a good deal of travel, both separately and together, and between the two of us we've collected quite the smattering of eating experiences during the trips we've taken. Let's dig in!
