Keeley joins me today to kick off our four part series on Body Positivity! Is this a phrase you've heard before? We're spending today's episode talking about what the concept means to us and why we think our definition doesn't leave space for the BMI to hold power. After listening, you may want to hang onto this definition, so here it is for you in writing:
Here at We Feel Super Nourished, Body Positivity means:
1. Yes! All bodies are good bodies.
2. We tell the truth about our bodies in love.
3. Health is available to shapes and sizes of all sorts and must be determined through a holistic lens.

Today, I get to sit down with Leah to talk supplements: what are they, why do we take them, and when do we take them? And then we get into..."but what about when they're not our top priority?" If you've been wondering whether or not you're taking enough supplements, we hope today's episode gives you permission to breathe easy and keep focusing on your most important things (which may include supplements). Let's get into it!

If so, how do you even start the conversation? Well now that we've thoroughly discussed why we prefer eating at home...let's turn the tables and talk about how we approach eating out. Because even for those with the most sensitive of diets, eating out is part of thriving in society from time to time. Leah and I have two very different perspectives to offer you. For me, eating out is all about focusing on people over food (but never ignoring the food) and for Leah, eating out is mainly about safety now that managing Celiac Disease is her primary health task. She was very generous to lend us some insight into how having a serious food sensitivity impacts social life. So let's dig in!
