Spiritual meditation is an experience that takes you to the depths of who you are.
You, as your real self, learn to become stripped of all the perceptions you had about yourself up until this point in your life.
Within this process offers you an experience of calm, joy and peace. A feeling of love and light that warms up your being that sparks your awareness, which brings you to mindfulness!
Mindfulness is awareness of one's internal states and surroundings. Mindfulness can help people avoid destructive or automatic habits and responses by learning to observe your thoughts, emotions, and other present-moment experiences without judging or reacting to them.

The basic concept of meditation is that “it is a practice that connects the mind, the body and the spirit.”
“Its purpose is to help increase psychological, physical and mental peace and calm, which also helps you to learn how to live more fully in the present & in a higher state of consciousness with divinity!
The breath of life is the most commonly used breathing technique in Meditation.
This breathing practice is liberating, heating, healing energizing, and detoxifying.
It involves natural inhales and quick, forceful exhales through the nostrils.
