Trauma Treatment while being still
In Psalms 46:10
When God is telling us to be still?
When God says BE STILL in His Word, it's because He has an important revelation for us. It's because He wants to draw our attention and focus to something in particular.
In Hebrew, the word for “be still” in this verse means “relax, sink, let go, cease.” In this verse, He's asking us to cease.
Psalm 46:10 Meaning and Interpretations are heavily influenced As God addresses Israel, He is not just telling them to “be still” or “rest.”
If this is written during a time of war, which it most likely is, God commands them to “stop fighting” and open their eyes to who He is. To Focus their attention on his word (His Truth) which is forever sealed and settled in heaven and here on earth!

The cost of therapy can be significant and, even if you have insurance coverage, there can be limitations on the amount of coverage that is available to you. Treatment plans can be adjusted to give you the most relief from the symptoms you are experiencing.
My Partner is a therapist he’s trained in trauma-focused treatments like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing).
In general, there are three phases of trauma treatment: Safety & Stabilization, Processing Trauma and Integration & Connecting with others (this concept was originally described by Pierre Janet, one of the first psychologists to really explore the impact of trauma and dissociation in therapy).
