  • Hannah Sunderani: Two Spoons - Plant Based & Vegan Recipes, France Life & Healing IBS
Get to Know Hannah Sunderani, the plant-based blogger behind Two Spoons.
Hannah was born and raised in Canada, but has recently moved to France with her husband. Her plant-based journey began in her early 20s during a time of suffering. Following the loss of her boyfriend and first love to cancer, she was completely heartbroken. This stressful time of life took a toll and led to stomach pains and digestion issues. Eventually, she was diagnosed with IBS and after a year of meds and struggle, she finally turned to food for medicine. It took some time to figure out exactly how to tweak her diet for healing however, this season of life taught her how to cook healthy and wholesome meals that ultimately healed her body. After watching herself thrive on plants to such an incredible extent, she’s forever sold on this lifestyle and inspired to help others on similar journeys.
In this interview, Hannah tells us about life in France including the culture shock of an international move not to mention living plant-based in a land of the best roast chicken, delicious cured meats and incredible cheeses. On the upside, she’s been inspired by the quality and care that’s placed on food and farming in France.
Hannah’s hope is to inspire you to try her plant-based recipes, to experience how delicious this lifestyle can be, and to feel happy about what you put in your body. Whether you’re entirely plant-based or not, you definitely need to check out twospoons.ca and try a few recipes. Some of our favorites include her curry cauliflower crust pizza, watermelon poke bowl, and mini raspberry vegan cheesecakes (to die for). Hannah has such a warm and charming personality. Furthermore, she inspires us to make the world a little healthier, greener and more humane. Listen in, we know you’ll love hearing her story.

  • Samah Dada: Dada Eats - Allergy Friendly Recipe Developer and Wellness Enthusiast
Get to Know recipe developer and allergy friendly food blogger Samah Dada of Dada Eats.
Samah grew up in Newport Beach, California and spent part of high school there and in London, England. She says that London is at fault for making her the foodie that she is today – from hole in the wall Indian joints to some of the most incredible Sicilian style pizza she’s ever had, London’s foodscape was transformative for her palate. She eventually moved back to California and attended UC Berkeley where she was completely engulfed by amazing gastronomy. Living and studying so close to a city as amazing as San Francisco, not to mention having access to some of the best food out there (talking to you Chez Panisse, Vik’s Chaat House, Ici Ice Cream, Bi-Rite Creamery…) has made her into a human “Yelp” for her friends and family. Her time at Berkeley solidified her desire to have a more active part in the culinary world. She uses her passion for cooking and baking to create unique, healthy, allergy-friendly, yet still delicious meals and treats for you to enjoy, find the recipes on her blog dadaeats.com!
In our interview, Samah talks about her current life living in New York City and working in broadcast television while also pursuing her passion for wellness and recipe development. She even tells us what it was like being a guest on the Today Show! She believes that health and wellness means a scoop of ice cream as much as it does a kale salad. She has developed a love for alternative baking, swapping out flour for grain free options and creating recipes that are dairy free. She is mostly plant based but with balance, she is not giving up her ice cream. Samah was a joy to chat with… her ultimate goal is to host a tv show that is rich in culture, travel and food from a woman’s perspective. Listen in, we know you’ll love hearing her story!
