After graduating from Penn State University with a B.S. in Economics, Shannon was ready to begin her professional career and thought she would find fulfillment in making money in the business world. After the birth of her first child, her definition of success changed drastically, becoming more purpose driven and less societal driven. Now, Shannon, along with her husband Matt, have run the Motion of Gratitude and developed various offerings including an app, journal, and leadership programs to support individuals, educators, and businesses on their gratitude journey. Along with these resources, Shannon sits down with individuals to talk about their journey with gratitude on the Motion of Gratitude Podcast!

In her spare time, Brooke turned a passion side-project, the Balancing Book Planner, into a product line under the Curious & Co. umbrella to organize all personal, professional, family, and other tasks while balancing being a business owner, a wife, a mother, and a woman.
