- 16: Amanda Burg, Amanda Burg Design - Brand Messaging & Building a Converting WebsiteIn this episode, we talk with Amanda Burg. Amanda Burg is a Philadelphia based website designer and copywriter for female creatives. After beginning her career as a local journalist, Amanda noticed many small business owners were trying to market their business ineffectively with poor ad and web design. What began as a free-gig and side-hustle creating graphics for businesses to use on social media grew into a successful Etsy shop, and later a six-figure design studio that combines her loves of building brands, designing websites and writing copy that converts.
