Dub introduces a new corporate segment for Strenf Industries called Confessions of a Good Life (sponsored by Our Lady of Everlasting Shame and Guilt, a Strenf Company). This new segment will allow us to discuss and attone for the wrongs we’ve committed in the past – so long as they’re outside the statute of limitations.Word of the day my dude!They then discuss how Slate is refusing to refer to the Washington Racists by their traditional name of the Washington Redskins. Dub segways into a segment about Pete Rose being a crybaby. All the while they show their keen prowess on the rules of many popular sports, and make a few helpful suggestions regarding steroid use.They polish off this week by talking Mongolian Grillz, specifically Hu Hot in Missoula MT. Matt and Dub back at it again after a little break to talk about seeing Bill Burr live for his first show ever in Montana, the shitty seats and the fucking heat in the Emerson theater in Bozeman, along with the cruciality of a good handshake. It’s a fucking deal maker or breaker, you decide your own destiny m’man. After that Dub gets into Stories of a Good Life: Tillamook Hater Edition. Matt brings a story of condiment assault in East Helena, and they rag like a house full of women about the ‘youths of today’. Again. Dub brings back We Had a Good Book Review: Steven King’s The Dark Tower series. Pair of legs with no owner scares everyone while capturing imaginations. Part two of the conversation from last week: Matt brings an article about ‘The Intercept’, a Russian game show where contestants are given a free car…which is only the beginning. Matt asks Aaron about a Nietzsche quote, which sprawls into a conversation about morality, questions of agency, Cotard’s syndrome, and the brain in general.Aaron talks about an argument suggesting cooperation is evolutionarily selective in humans. Despite what you’ve heard or what you’ve come to expect, humans might be kind of, sort of okay. They discuss senses and language as technology, which then raises the topic of the singularity and offshoots of the human species. Dub talks about his trip to Vegas, Aaron talks about moving to Vancouver and Matt talks about his Alpha Brain.

Matt and Dub sit down once again with their Vancouver corespondent, Aaron. A knock-knock joke from the George Zimmerman trial sparks a conversation about racism in America, so-called shades of whiteness, and the race perspective in Montana versus other places. This moves to the topic of ‘ironic’ or ‘casual’ racism, as Dub recounts hunting homeless people in Vegas and being a tourist in other people’s lives. The discussion is shifted to Edward Snowden, whistle-blowers, and the president’s reaction to both. And then naturally they speculate about conspiracies surrounding all three.Let’s talk apocalypse: Is Montana getting a second area code? Dub brings a CMFE, featuring the Wasp knife, built to take on sharks. Aaron brings a new edition of The Civil War Balls on That Guy, featuring Gen. Ambrose Burnside, the namesake for sideburns and Civil War general who at first did not succeed, so tried and tried again.Part one of this conversation ends on the topic of morbid curiosity about life experiences you’ll never have.

Dub and Matt welcome back their Denver (soon to be Vancouver) corespondent, Aaron; and welcome for the first time, their friend from the Montucky Skies and Put Dirt On It podcasts, Biggie! Matt eases into this episode with a tale about getting made fun of by youths in Wal-Mart. This leads to a quick discussion about the residual debris, left over from the Rainbow Gathering, which currently litters Helena’s streets.The guys look into what it takes to write grant applications in order to research why sneezes smell terrible…and how that might lead to a cure for Parkinson’s.Word of the Day!The rest of the episode is devoted to the topic of Batman versus Superman, and reviewing the new Superman epic, ‘Man of Steel’.

The guys start with a light discussion on the new Superman movie, ‘Man of Steel’. Dub brings in some of The Most Offensive World Records, including: Most Semen Swallowed, Longest Pubes, and Most Cavernous Crotch. This segues into a quick tangent about internet videos that make you feel bad: mostly spider bites and R. Bud Dwyer’s suicide video. One gross turn deserves another when Matt goes over an article about an Ohio woman who married her own father. This is probably the grossest episode, so don’t listen to it at work. Or do. It’s your job, so whatever.

Dub and Matt start with a break down of effective methods for training the pug to speak. Matt then gives everyone an update on the efficacy of Onnit Labs’ Alpha Brain supplement. The guys ask the tough questions, like: How often is someone reasonably expected to wash their bedding? Do you even actually need bedding for a comfortable sleeping experience? Matt reads an article about Kanye West’s new album and how he recently compared himself to Steve Jobs.Dub begins a before-and-after on his upcoming trip to Las Vegas. He goes over a list of things he’s got planned while visiting sin city. This leads to a conversation about such things as going out of town and acting a fool, how gambling works in Vegas, embarrasing losses and being broke in Reno. The guys double up on a triple CMFE this week, including Pedro Alonso López aka ‘The Monster of the Andes’, The slow puncture of South American prisons, and Ohio Police Officer Barry Accorti.

Dub and Matt discuss new music for the podcast and then Dub relives the worst mistake of his life…this week. Matt talks about the great Norwegian Goat Cheese Fire of 2013. Apparently cheese wasn’t already delicious enough, now they’re adding glaze or something. One spark sets off the napalm-esque concoction. Matt jumps from that into talking about his new brain pills from Onnit Labs, and taking a scientific approach to supplements. Do they work? Find out inside!
