For some godawful reason, there are people out there who LOVE to eat the hottest peppers possible...they just enjoy the pain...and those are the people who Ed Currie and the PuckerButt Pepper Company are after!!
Ed bred the Carolina Reaper pepper, which has been recognized as the hottest pepper ever...until last year when Ed topped it with PEPPER X...clocking in at 2.69 MILLION Scoville Units....which begs the question....WHY????
We met Ed this morning and his story is truly interesting!
