On September 8th, 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found deceased in a Tesla, owned by 20-year-old David Burke (d4vd). Celeste's body had been decomposing for several weeks, and neighbors said the car had been abandoned. Despite clear connections between the two, authorities have yet to declare d4vd a suspect; nor have they determined a cause or manner of death.
