This week from Unity of Daytona Beach, Rev. Cynthia Alice Anderson leads us through the opening prayer, a message on affirmative prayer, and a guided meditation for healing and release.

We revisit Unity’s roots with Myrtle and Charles Fillmore, the early evenings of prayer that became Silent Unity, and hear Myrtle’s timeless “Prayer of Faith.” Rev. Anderson contrasts denial/affirmation, invites us to pray from the Absolute (Christ consciousness), and shares lived stories of physical and soul-level healing. We close by bathing in a visualization of golden light, releasing fear and resentment, and affirming: “Anything is possible with God.”
