To kick off the episode, they discuss the impending Warner Bros. sell and the impossible choice.  

Whodunit? Well, Kat & Marc dundidit. The duo questions the best musicals while being weary of the emergence of the stealth musical. Also, the gumshoes have a spoiler-free review of the small scale but big ideas of “Wake Up Dead Man”, the third entry in Rian Johnson’s “Knives Out” trilogy. Rian, come on the show.

We’re off to see the Wizard! Kat & Marc review John Chu’s latest “Wicked: For Good”. The coven toils over the movie’s murky messaging, stellar performances, and the overall purpose of the series. Kat compares and contrasts the movie to the musical while Marc wrestles with how the movie ended.

For Spooky SZN, Kat (aka Johnni Evil) & Marc (aka The Slumber God) dive into Guillermo del Toro’s “Frankenstein” (in theaters now and on Netflix November 7th). They gush over del Toro’s career and Jacob Elordi doing something most young actors haven’t done.
