Today is one of the worst days that I have suffered during my lengthy about with depression and I thought about ways to end my life but before I decided to take a walk.  A thought came to Me Maybe from God to talk about what I am going through via podcast. Let me make this very clear that I'm not doing this to gain any views or to get any attention as people who know me very close right now knows that what I'm going through is very real. This podcast is very hard to do but I did this podcast to save my life for a day or two.
