And cousin, business is a-boomin'.” Shannon takes another trip down Tarantino lane and we get her reaction to the film nerd’s prodigy and his 6th film made for the screen, which he spent almost a decade working on the script. While this film is only 30 percent in english, we get to know how Shannon feels about this period film about killing Nazi’s. Fun fact: This is the first Quentin Tarantino film to win an Oscar for acting and that went to the brilliant Christoph Waltz for Best Actor in a Supporting Role. Imdb shares a quick synopsis of the film: “In Nazi-occupied France during World War II, a plan to assassinate Nazi leaders by a group of Jewish U.S. soldiers coincides with a theatre owner's vengeful plans for the same.” We have all had plenty of time to see this movie, but we understand Sahnnon’s excuse. Today we learn how Shannon’s family treats their male spouses with nicknames. We get to know how much fun the We Watch It bunch had at the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland, during the Thanksgiving weekend. This week Shannon gives her thoughts on the EDGAR WRIGHT classic, Shaun of the dead (2004). JT and Cody love this movie as it is, in their opinion, one of the most perfect comedies ever made. Edgar Wright just knows how to tell a story using every aspect of film, sound, framing, editing, and dialogue. “T'Challa Was Truly Noble. Are You Going To Be Like Him, Or Are You Going To Take Care Of Business?” The We Watch It crew went to the movies this past week with their tickets they scored over a month ago to see Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in IMAX, snagging the best seats in the house. Cody gives us insight on some pretty awesome news, one would say the news is pretty “Sweet” or “Freaking Awesome” or consider this host to be “Lucky!” Next week he will go over this incredible experience that only “Freaking Idiots” would not be impressed by. We learn about the death of the beloved voice actor Kevin Conroy who has voiced the titular character Batman for over three decades. We close the book on Kevin’s time here, but we wish the nerd community well as we mourn the loss of a legend that made this character more than an icon. Shannon gives us some insight to some new projects that her favorite young broadway actress, Renee Rapp, is getting into with her EP coming out and a new season of Sex Life of College Girls on HBO Max. But enough about the beginning of the episode, you want to read about the main review the crew has cooked up for Marvel’s final installment within their Phase 4 of cinematic releases. You probably want to just know now, WHO IS THE NEW BLACK PANTHER!? Well, it’s not my job to tell you that, I can’t spoil the movie or the content that these hosts go over.
