A business graduate, Charlotte made a name in real estate investing by focusing on mobile homes or mobile home parks in Georgia. Mobile Park Investments are not much that different from other real estate investing strategies and focus and Charlotte will discuss her strategies, as well as her advice to investors who also want to pursue her focus or strategy of investing in mobile home parks.
