Paulie Gee is the founder of Paulie Gee’s, a pizza shop that originated in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Paulie is the sweetest dude I’ve ever met when it comes to pizza. One of the last times I ate at the restaurant I remember Paulie coming up to our table and asking us how the Pizzas were. One of my favorite NYC experiences. 

Since then Paulie Gee’s has expanded into different cities. We got Columbus, Baltimore, Chicago, and the beautiful city of Philadelphia. 

Over the years Paulie Gee’s restaurant has significantly contributed to the ever-growing food culture of the neighborhood of Greenpoint. Paulie has never spent money on marketing or advertising which is wild to me because that’s what we do so much at Wear Many Hats.

Paulie loves hats so much even when I try to look up a photo of him on the internet he’s always in a hat. Paulie even has a Paulie Gees hat IG for his collection.

Isaac Hindin-Miller aka Issac Likes is a fashion journalist turned DJ, and the founder of I LIKE YOU! You’ve probably been to one of his parties or seen his stickers on the locks on local businesses closing up shop in Manhattan but now you probably have seen him on IG reels or TikTok for all of your favorites doing his ‘Best of’ series.

Adam Keita is the co-founder of Daughter, a cafe and wine bar based in Brooklyn, NY.

I’ve been to Daughter in Crown Heights when meeting up with friends to get a coffee. If I have to bike my way from Prospect Heights through Crown Heights to get back to my old spot in Bedstuy, crossing paths with the Daughter Sincerely, Tommy cafe to end up needing more caffeine with a matcha. I’m doing the most but we like it.

Adam and friends have a new produce-forward all-day eatery with coffee, natural wine and cocktails–opens in Bed-Stuy called Che.

Maja Dlugolecki and Tadzio Dlugolecki are the founders and curators of Lobster Club.

Lobster Club a gallery and residency program featuring a rotating roster of emerging artists in art-driven cities. The club’s initiatives present immersive sensory experiences bridging the worlds of art, music, and food.

I met Maja and Tadzio at the Lobster Club group show Mexico City edition. I was at the opening, had a great time, then came back the next day for the closing show to get a last minute look at the artwork and meet the curator's irl.

Maja and Tadzio are Polish American curators but when they’re not curating, Maja is a painter and an art consultant and Tadzio runs 40th Street Studio working at the intersection of art & commerce and also takes beautiful photos.

I love Lobsters. This is the club for me.

Eliot Thompson is a Comedian, Writer, and Actor.

Eliot has won the New York Comedy Club’s annual stand-up competition, was a New York Comedy Festival Comic To Watch, has performed in multiple films, plays and sketches and has had two speaking roles in two featured films that were premiered at Berlin and Tribeca Film Festival.

Eliot is also a copywriter where he has written for Vice for a few brands.

Eliot is also a producer for Pure Chaos Comedy where they have put on shows at Saint Vitus, TV Eye, Alphaville, and more.
