Bio:
Kris continues to develop and express his artistic inspiration and true eye for fashion. His relocation from New Orleans in 2005 post hurricane Katrina emphasized his desire for a change of pace and catapulted his fashion career in the "dirty south".
Within a year after permanently relocating to Atlanta, he met Tyler Perry and was asked to begin wardrobing at Tyler Perry Studios, where he began to consistently meet individuals like TI, Cam'ron and Jeezy with whom he began styling shortly after. With a unique personal style and aesthetic, Kris has built his client base by working with celebrities such as the Migos, styling the 'Bad and Bougie' music video and is currently working with the artist behind Think It's a Game Record Label, YFN Lucci, Young Jeezy, SB Skooly, Adkunle Gold in addition to many others.

The details behind our visit to About Time at The Met Museum is the dish for the week. IT IS THE fashion exhibit that you DON'T want to miss-it sells out as soon as the museum opens which um, unfortunately, we learned the hard way. It explores the symbiotic relationship between fashion and time. As you step into the time warp of the first room you are schooled on the relationship between the evolution of style and how it relates to designs in today's market. The vibe is eerie yet chic, strange yet dark, understated yet educational. The pieces from designers such as Alaïa, Alexander McQueen and Donna Karan are important to understanding fashion and garment history.
On the shopping schedule; Holly got some crystal embellished monogrammed fingerless gloves; because; who doesn't need those? They keep your hands slightly warm but leave your fingers free to conduct business and taking pics on your phone which of course, is more important than actually keeping your hands from freezing.
If you go to the LES (Lower East Side), if you love or hate sweets; you HAVE to go to the Clinton St. Bakery for the pancakes. If you don't, we will just go eat there again and take pics to make you wish you did.
Tune in as we talk about how Nolan missed out on the perfect coat, the importance of a chic fragrance, and why we love the new iPhone.

Everyone loves a candle...who doesn't love a candle? The candle business is taking the world buy storm and can cost up to $85 a pop; get that for someone you care about. Someone you care about less could use a candle in the $25-$40 range; still a great gift. Room diffusers are also a fabulous choice that will make the house smell amazing, plus they can last up to eight months if you get the good ones.
Another thing you should stay away from this holiday season is buying makeup for someone unless you personally know them like, really well. It's so challenging to pick the right product unless you know exactly what shades and undertones the person likes. Do yourself a favor and avoid make-up unless you know what product lines they frequent.

Don't worry; we got you covered on that. Tune in as we talk about the perfect holiday gifts for your loved ones and those you don't love, but still have to buy a gift for. It was the best week ever.com! On our way to Buffalo Exchange, we saw a vintage/second hand store that wasn't on our speed dial. Whhaatt??? We had to conquer immediately. Needless to say, we declared Second Street one of the greatest resale stores. (Locations in New York and Japan!) Racks so packed you can't even move the hangers. In the designer section, Holly found a sheer MSGM top (who doesn't love a shirt that's completely sheer), and the most spectacular dress picked out practically blindfolded by our next BFD guest, Devin. After finishing Second Street we trek into Buffalo Exchange. With all of the designer pieces hanging on the wall, Nolan spotted a Sonia Rykiel leather and felt coat that he demanded Holly try on. Needless to say, she wore it out of the store. it was 95% off with the tags still on! Later, we got dinner at The Mark Hotel as Nolan's favorite thing on the planet is to watch the old Russian women and other fabulous Upper East Side ladies walk into the hotel. Later in the week Holly decided to get her hair done. As she picks a color that is NOT approved, it turns out, of course, Nolan's friend owns a salon, It was an amazing gals and gays day as Holly was down for a new fall hairstyle. Now the grey is gone, she has a new fall color and it looks delicious. Mani and hair trim for Nolan. Holly DOES miss her weave though; it's #unbeweavable. It was something Nolan couldn't unsee. Tune in as we talk about Lizzie Tisch's Holiday Pop-Up Shop! It was spectacular and amazing customer service. Shout out to Lizzie Tisch and Gigi Burris Millinery! We are totally blessed and SO grateful to have Shahad AlQaysi here! She opens the show describing her two recent weddings and what inspired her to ditch the world of dentistry for fashion. I mean wwhhhhaat?
Shahad's style evolves every day; there are no rules in fashion. When you feel what you are wearing, people can understand your personality easier. Plus, people will pick up when you feel uncomfortable in what you are wearing or when you're not being 100% authentic.
Shahad gets her inspiration from the people around her as she loves to inspire other people at the same time. When someone buys one of Shahad's recommendations, it brings her unadulterated joy.
Tune in as Shahad reveals the fashion trend that she HATES. Plus, we talk about how to find comfortable heels and where Shahad likes to shop and the difference between a turban and a hijab.
In this episode, we talk about Nolan's best day ever without Holly (she was 80% happy for him). When shopping for his clients he found a unique, chic Rick Owens leather jacket for $400 – which is absolutely nothing for a Rick Owens jacket so obvi, score for Nolan. Plus, he found a client's dream handbag – Chanel 19 bag. The bag kind of looks like a pancake when it's flat, but it's so cool nonetheless.
Later, we talk about our obsession with Schitt's Creek and their fashion choices. Catherine O'Hara has the best style; it's just like how she dressed in Beetlejuice. In honor of the fabulousssss Moira Rose, we found the perfect Alexander McQueen dress.
Tune in as we talk about Halloween fashion crimes, why you need to check out the ninth floor of Saks in NY, and our obsession with fingerless gloves.
