As much as we all want to grow in our craft, learning environments can stir up thoughts of comparison if we’re not nurturing our mental health. Rather than “compare and despair,” how can we shift our mindset towards excitement and curiosity? Instead of looking at fellow classmates and asking “why not me?” Alyshia and Anna share how to look at those succeeding around us in a constructive way that allows our talent to expand.
