Second place, understudy, waiting for the opportunity can feel bad.

As actors, we are like trained athletes waiting for our chance to jump off the bench and get in the game in play. We must practice how we want to play!!

Today, wisdom and perspective is given on what our jobs really entail. We must diligently create character and be ready to be called off the bench. Many people have been called in last minute and because of their preparation they were ready to PLAY. Their preparation and readiness to play made them able to be the star of the game.
