It's hard to believe that it's been 10 years since the internet was abuzz with individuals and groups emptying buckets of ice over their heads to raise money and awareness for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) research, currently with $220 million raised. One person in particular inspired so many folks locally and nationally. Pete Frates, an honor roll student at St. John’s Prep, playing varsity baseball, hockey, and football and then playing baseball as a Boston College Eagle and beyond. His life was cut short due to this insidious disease, still without a cure. Mike Pitt, Executive Director of the Pete Frates Foundation and childhood friend, joins the program to share memories of Pete and his courage and drive to raise awareness for ALS. Listen as Mike details their brotherhood, which inspired him to take action with The Pete Frates Foundation. He also discusses how the Frates family is doing today without Pete's presence and the resurgence of the Ice Bucket Challenge. Ben Kichen and Tucker Silva (@TuckSilva) take your calls texts and tweets live on the air.  The Patriots won’t be in the wildcard or playoffs this year, this isn’t a playoff team, the Patriots will miss the coaching of Bill Belichick, the Patriots have one of the hardest schedules in the league, its not looking good, starting off saying that the Patriots should be 6-7 games not looking like that right now, Jacoby will be the starter for the Patriots, really in for a four win season, don’t want the Patriots to tank, with the signing of K.J. Osborn is the same as Kendrick Bourne, when your good start playing Bourne and Osborn, figuring out how well Polk and Baker will be doing, mistake signing Osborn and Bourne.
