A federal appeals court in San Francisco has refused to reinstate President Trump's ban on travelers from seven Muslim-majority nations. MPR News host Cathy Wurzer will be joined by Margaret M. Russell from Santa Clara Law and Stanford law professor Shirin Sinnar to analyse the ruling.
