The Prime Minister – by contrast – shifted easily back into campaign mode – accepting he may not be popular – but urging voters to stick with the devil they know. By the end of the week – however – it was Scott Morrison on the defensive over his captain's pick candidate – who's been forced to apologise – repeatedly – for offensive views on the trans gender community.
