Simply Wall St Summary: "China Resources Land Limited, an investment holding company, invests, develops, manages, and sells properties in the People’s Republic of China. It invests in commercial, office, hotel, and apartment properties. As of December 31, 2020, the company had land bank of 68.087 million square meters. It also operates hotels; offers construction, decoration, and other property development related services; and manufactures and sells furniture. The company was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Wanchai, Hong Kong. China Resources Land Limited is a subsidiary of CRH (Land) Limited.”
