This week, we welcome one of our 3rd co-host's friends Zach to the show. Zach is a data scientist in Milwaukee, but in his college days competed on the UWW track team. He won a National Title for pole vaulting his senior year, and we're excited to talk a little bit about his experience as pole vaulter. With Ben receiving his first dose this past week, we reflect on the swift work of scientists, immunologists, and pharmaceutical companies to make this a reality less than a year after the world shut down. We also shift to shedding light on one of the greatest baseball players of all time, Henry Aaron. Aaron's humility, work ethic, and consistency made him an inspiration for the next generation of Black baseball players. Stick around as we honor Hammerin' Hank and talk mRNA vaccines.

This week we welcome student athlete and cancer survivor, Kassidy Walter to the show! During Kassidy's freshman year, doctors discovered a mass in her chest that was stage 2 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Listen in as she talks about her experience from chemo and radiation remission and her eventual return to the court. She exhibits wisdom in her voice and talks about the importance of gratitude and being emotionally vulnerable.
