David Hoffmeister is again in the commentary seat for this week's online movie gathering.

This weeks movie is: Oblivion with Tom Cruise

The theme of this movie is trust and communication. David takes us right to the core of the matter stating that we are all on our way out of oblivion. The big conspiracy or mandatory memory wipe is the thought that time and space are real and that our memories of the real world have been lost. But just as in the movie Oblivion memories of union begin to flash into our awareness and we feel the love that is hidden in that state of mind and we begin to go towards it.

Watching movies is a way of stepping back and remembering that what we see on the screen is not real. Life itself is a big projection. There is a method to watch movies in an enlightened way that leads to observing the events and scenes and scripts of the world—with forgiving eyes. These spiritual movies can be used as a way of expanding consciousness and ultimately experiencing the depth and meaning of the Inner Self.
