Still learned some new guitar stuff that I do enjoy and I'm 100% sure I will revisit this track to re-record it and add lyrics and vocals without time pressure.

I ended up making more of a melodic techno track than I intended this week, but that's how it goes sometimes.

I started with the pads, and then built out a bass line. Once that was built, I kept hearing a simple four on the floor kick. So, I built out a drum line with a set of Euclidian sequencers driving the drums.

After building out a set of melodic motifs, I set out to set up the arrangement. After working on the automations and finalizing the arrangement. I added EQ to the tracks, and created a custom mastering chain to export the piece.

Been a while since I had such a big migraine. Took some painkillers and enjoyed the visual auras dancing around inside my eyes while spending some quiet time in bed.

After dinner I managed to to squeeze this weird blob out out of M8. It's all macrosynth (+1 NXT midi inst for extra LFOs). Rendered straight out of the device, no make-up.
