Little jam i put together. its been a few weeks. I've been into bedroom pop and synth wave, so im trying to mix those two genres. Im convinced this would sound awesome with some good vocals on top, otherwise its pretty boring. Loads of fun though!

Here's a grungy hip hop thing started in MPC and ported to Logic for additional love. I must have accidentally nudged my bpm in MPC. What was expected to be 90bpm was +1 when I pulled it into Logic. The drum transients have some dirt that I couldn't quite taper and I also need to work on the compression. I kind of quit on it mid week. I like the dirty feel of it though.

Some more orchestral stuff. I'm not sure if it sounds too repetitive to me because I've heard it so many times in a row or if it actually is too repetitive. Please tell me what you think.

I also feel like I need to work more on the arrangement of these kind of tracks. If you have any tips or any good source to study - please share.

I wish you a nice week.

This week I was experimenting with some old gear. I used a MIDI controller to trigger the internal synths and drums of the Roland 303 Groovebox, and I also recorded my acoustic guitar onto a cassette tape. From there, I created a loop and improvised some electric guitar melodies over it, just playing whatever came to mind.

I wish I had more to offer this week, but work kept me pretty busy, and this was the only track I managed to finish.

Had nothing yet this Sunday. Did take the acoustic guitar outside as I was watching a bit that the kids were not doing too much stupid shit... It occurs that it was just fun games with me strumming the guitar on the background...

Fitness journey, decent amount of cardio, I did eat OK, but some cheats... weight doesn't move, still 90-91 kg.

So, I set out to make a chill ambient track.  And then this happened.

At least it's mercifully short.
