Amy bravely opens up about her past, including childhood trauma and how it led to binge eating disorder, secret eating, and years of believing that her life was already over. At her heaviest, everyday life became a struggle - from not fitting into seats and breaking chairs, to withdrawing from relationships because she believed she wasn’t worthy of love.

But Amy’s story is also one of resilience and hope. Through counselling, a defining mindset shift, and a determination to reclaim her life, she went on to lose an incredible 13 stone (183lbs / 83kg). More importantly, she discovered self-belief, freedom, and the joy of truly nourishing her body.
