HAPPY NEW YEAR!
In this episode, I cover:
Why accepting that gyms will be busy actually makes things easier
How expecting chaos stops frustration before it starts
Why having a simple plan (and backup plans) is non-negotiable
What to do in worst case scenarios when everything you want is taken
Why showing up matters more than the “perfect” workout, especially if consistency is your weak point
If you want to hit the ground running and the gym usually leaves you overwhelmed, I’ve put together a free workout plan you can run 2–3x per week. It includes demo videos, exercise alternatives, and a simple step guide to help you kick your weight loss off properly in 2026.
➡️ Comment GYM and I’ll send it over.
It’s Christmas, so this one’s short. You’re welcome.
In this episode, I explain why New Year’s resolutions are mostly a waste of time, how they push the "All or Nothing" mindset, and why most people are still making the same ones every year with the same results.
Instead, I share a far more useful (and less delusional) approach. If you want real progress next year instead of another abandoned resolution by February, this one’s for you.
Find me on:
And if you really want to make 2026 different to all the others you can get in touch with me here.
Christmas used to be my annual excuse to eat everything in sight, drink like it was compulsory, skip the gym, sleep badly, and then feel horrific in January. All in the name of “relaxing”.
In this episode, I talk about why I stopped hitting the self destruct button at Christmas, how I still enjoy myself without writing off two weeks, and why binging day after day isn’t actually rest.
No rules, no judgement - just a bit of common sense before the mince pies take over.
Have a great Christmas. See you next week

In one client conversation this week I realised there is one major factor that determines whether or not a client keeps the weight off once they leave the programme.
Can you guess what it is?

Does what it says on the tin! A calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight/fat but creating an effective one so that you're not hungry, tired and deprived is another matter entirely. Today I explain how to create the best deficit in order to see consistent weight loss.

Today I'm detailing exactly how my clients are navigating the growing number of social events in the run up to Christmas. It's a very busy time of year so having a plan is essential! So I'm going to share what they're doing and tell you about the most overlooked aspect - getting back "on it" after a meal/night out.
