                  In February 1983 a Monroe county inmate by the name Donnie Decker was granted furlough in order to attend his grandfathers funeral. While staying with friends during this time Donnie would begin to materialize rain from thin air and defy gravity. These occurrences would intensify and were seen as signs of demonic possession. Bring a poncho or umbrella and join us for the tale of Donnie Decker the "rain man".
