The Light comes through in this episode with some little exercises for being present with nature spirits in your everyday life. Be mindful friends, because the Light guides us through an exercise in this episode that could take you to a deep place, so I don’t recommend doing it while you’re driving or operating machinery. I hope you enjoy these moments of presence with yourself and with the beings of Light all around who are willing and able to help us heal.

The message from the Light for this episode describes a discernment process for when we have facing challenging times. Being able to feel emotions and analyze with our minds requires balance, otherwise we can slip into self-punishment patterns and harmful cycles.

The Light always reminds me that grief is an energy that moves. Sadness is the emotion, but under that grief is filled with joy and love and gratitude and compassion. This week, the Light asked me to share some examples from my life and share my understanding through my experience of how grief moves and what a massive force for healing it is when we allow it to move.
