Hello friends! This week, I’m sharing something I’m learning about feelings — and thoughts — in real time. This is definitely not something I’ve mastered, but something I’m guessing will be an ongoing process for the rest of my life. I’m also looking at the configuration of our energy bodies, and how we’re all in the process of bringing them into alignment for the most harmonious and healing flows of light from our souls. This week, I had the honor of being present with a robin as it died. In its last few minutes, I was able to hold space with it and help it heal some of the trauma it experienced before it moved on. It was a reminder of the fact that healing doesn’t always look the way we think it will, and death is an important part of life. If you’re grieving, or holding space for someone you love as they die, I hope this episode gives you a few moments of peace and perhaps even provides you with a bit of understanding of how we all hold space with one another in so many different ways. This message from the Light was meant to be about the energies of June 2023, however this theme has been coming up a lot for a while, and as I tune in and look, it seems it will continue for quite a bit longer. So this is a message for June, but it’s also one we might all need to remind each other of again and again as time goes by. Shifting energies are bringing our hardest and most challenging issues to the surface and, as the Light continues to point out, this is an opportunity for profound healing for us all.
