Hello friends, I wanted to share this brief message from the Light, and what it means to me and what I’ve learned - and continue to learn - from it. The Light said, “Don’t underestimate the power of holding space in Light. It is not nothing.” When I’m feeling helpless or hopeless, and I tune in to ask what can I do, this is consistently the message I receive. I hope it finds you all well, and I’m sending light and love from here.

Hello friends, this week I shared another profound experience with a bird who spent the last few hours of its life with me. In helping the bird, I had to let go of a bunch of things that I was holding on to, and I received such a healing as a result. And since my anger was completely out of proportion to what they were doing, I took a look at it and asked the Light for some clarity.
