Welcome To The Hellmouth

David and Michaela have a so-so time with "Smashed", a surprising fan favourite (not that surprising when you know one thing that happens at the end of the episode). The nerds are back and they aren't terribly interesting, but there's so much damn FASHION in this episode that it doesn't even matter. Big rings make a surprising comeback, turtlenecks never die and Anya runs into eyeshadow trouble.

Michaela and David are on a high note with the last two episodes, because "Tabula Rasa" is pretty great. Yup, it's Star Trek o'clock in the Buffy writers' room, so let's do an old-fashioned "everyone forgets who they are" episode. The fashion is crazy, the marriage should be called off, the bunnies are terrifying.

David and Michaela have made it to the highest of highs with "Once More With Feeling". A very special Buffy episode where the WHOLE THING'S A FRIGGIN MUSICAL. Commonly topping the list of best Buffy episodes, this one's a real treat and surely signals that only good episodes are coming from here on out.

Michaela and David root for the possibly-serial-killer in this Halloween episode, "All the Way". When Dawn goes almost All the Way with a vampire, isn't the real evil here that youths are allowed to just walk around outside? And also the stupid clothes everyone is allowed to wear? Kindly old Mr Kolinbach is super harmless compared to them.

David and Michaela get way too caught-up in the specifics of the time-distortion effects in "Life Serial". This episode features the introduction of Clem (though he's not really Clem-like yet), more numbers on shirts (what do they mean?!?!?) and some wacky hijinks courtesy of the resident nerds (no, not the hosts, the other nerds).

Michaela and David WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG ABOUT HOUSE PRICES IN SUNNY-D. It's an exciting episode (not really) when the Trio are introduced (not The Three, those are a different set of villains) and Buffy's house goes ahead and floods. Don't worry, the fashion is silly enough to make up for the episode.

David and Michaela have a semi-phasic time with "After Life". Buffy's definitely brought something horrible back from "hell" with her and it totally isn't Willow's fault at all for being irresponsible with her magic. Also the fashion gets CRAZY.
