As the title entails, we decided to free flow our conversation more so than usual. Turns out we had a very engaging conversation critiquing the current school system. Today marks the podcast’s ten-episode milestone and what better way to celebrate than with Dr. Gus Mouhtis! Gus is a forensic and clinical psychologist with an expertise in a plethora of areas such as: organized crime, blue-collar criminals, witness protection, psycho-political/propaganda, self-development, etc. Gus has also been contracted by the Department of Justice for the past thirty-two years and has worked with some high-profile individuals. Some of the stories shared will keep you on the edge of your seat even if Gus must maintain confidentiality. Gus also explains propaganda and how it’s being used today. Finally, Gus mentions working with a client so intelligent, that he makes Edward Snowden look average! Who could that be?!? We obviously will never know but will keep you wondering! There will definitely be a part 2 with Gus in future!

In today’s episode, we are joined by Don’s friend, Matt Ciewicz. Matt served in the Marine Corps and shares some of his experiences with us. Matt discusses leadership tactics he learned in the military and how to apply them in everyday life. We also discuss how failed leadership and accountability is plaguing the world via current events and ultimately give you pointers on how we can change the world.

In this week’s episode we had the pleasure of interviewing Don’s good friend, Todd Lyons. Todd discussed some life lessons learned in the military as well as a personal trainer/strength coach. He shared ample knowledge and tips with regard to weight training, proper nutrition, and the preparation needed to compete in body building. Enjoy!
