Most people will experience some sort of emotional trauma in their lives. On today's podcast, Brian Norsman and Mark Odland talk about "Big T" trauma and "Little t" trauma--especially with the onset of the pandemic. "Little t" traumas doesn't always stand out as much, but over time, they can add up and be quite overwhelming. Emotional wounds, just like a sliver, if not scrubbed out and worked through, can get stuck and show up in undesirable ways. Mark and Brian talk about paying attention to what we avoid below the surface as clues to what we need to face in our lives, as well as suggesting ways to cope and be present during Covid.
