Lori has freed herself from the burden of diets and gym memberships while drastically improving her health. (Her weight loss was just a welcome side effect!)

Lyle continues sharing his journey sharing what he learned from his research of the inmates who left prison and came back and those who left and never came back.

He talks more about our brains. How they try to take care of us. How we need to watch them to help us live the life we want.

“20 years growing up, 20 years messed up, 20 years locked up – but I never GAVE up!”

That never giving up allowed him to learn about how the brain is the organ of behavior and that we have to change the brain in order to change our behavior.

“unchecked by you, your brain could sabotage the very future you desire.”

He shares examples of what that means along with his intriguing and powerful journey that led him to being a Brain Coach and the work he does today.

Lyle works with individuals, as well as groups and organizations, to help identify core values and beliefs and to change neural landscape to make brain change.

He is contracted through the courts and prisons, working to help people who’s lives are in chaos move in a new direction. He continues to study and work to lower recidivism, and help people transition back into community.
