“20 years growing up, 20 years messed up, 20 years locked up – but I never GAVE up!”
That never giving up allowed him to learn about how the brain is the organ of behavior and that we have to change the brain in order to change our behavior.

Feeling challenged by the onset of winter this year? Me too!
Our conversation travels far and wide about winter, wellness and the range of activities that might include making it more fun, social and accessible for everyone as a part of life. With her holistic mindset she encourages us to ask questions of ourselves to help us find the activities that will light us up and serve us, as well as giving us permission to allow our inner child to come forth and help us out… in winter and well beyond.
We talk about culture and happiness and ask questions around how fear and trust in our culture affect our ability to be as fit and well as we could be — Denmark! We need to share in your secrets!
Titanium healthcare is the vision and creation of Gray Miller. After experiencing great need for change, after his father had a series of preventable events during a heath crisis, he set forth on creating a different option.
Most of Gray’s history is NOT in health care. He saw a need and he used his skill sets to create an impressive company. The goal – “…To give people who are at a high risk of going into the hospital or going back into the hospital a private doctor… with purely one motivation – to do what it takes to help people stay home.” Titanium also takes away barriers to good health care, including helping people with transportation, lessening paperwork and lowering costs to make good health CARE available in their area.
I, Judy, am excited to hear about creations like this that are turning health care models and motivations on their heads! And best of all, creating models that are working! Working to change lives for the people they directly touch and also actively working to effect the bigger health care picture.
Bring it on… more people and projects like this, please!

I know, I know… Food safety – not the most GLAMOROUS or sexy topic! HOWEVER!!
Many of us don’t spend the time in the kitchen each day that our grandmothers or even mothers did. For many people, the habits and muscle memory of cooking a complex, large meal isn’t second nature.
Lars Johnson, a fantastically experienced food safety guy FROM “Food Safety Guy”, checks in to give us tools and remind us of good, big meal prep practices. He talks turkey… pause for effect
“Amy defines an intuitive pathfinding role as one who shares information in a motivational way helping you through this information to build half of a bridge. Then she shares tools you can use to fully bridge the expanse of the situation.”

Listen to great stories as we talk about how she came to trust herself in this work, insights about how to view and process our current world, communication, and raising empathetic, strong, tender, self aware kids. Her definition and how to cultivate self love, surrender and much more!

Gene Wood of Life’s Pure Balance, a chemical engineer and creator of this unique fruit and vegetable wash shares about his product. He talks about his own health issues with digestion and allergies that helped him learn how important washing produce was. Everything he used, organic and not, left a taste. He set out to create a safe, non allergenic, residue free product that took the stuff off that we don’t want to take in. The result is an effective product that allows the taste of the food to really shine through for a great taste bud experience!
We talk about what is on our food, why is washing food, even if it is from our garden, or organic, is so important.
How this can lighten the toxin load we take on every day and support our health. Or, maybe you just want better tasting food?
