❤️We recognise that we are energy and we can manipulate energy and it can be transferred or transformed.

Plants capture light energy from the sun and convert it into chemical energy during the process of photosynthesis. As we give energy to people and we receive energy from people like the wind turns a wind turbine to produce mechanical energy through plants , which activates an electrical generator to produce electricity for a radio, it happens the same to human kinds .

1st Episode At The Leopard House. Healing sessions.

The 7th December wellness & wonder with Sherine presented the program to Women ready for a change . Our way of approaching the different patterns we all had , was to listen and understand what we needed to change , precisely to help and activate the change we wanna make.

❤️The energy of sincere gratitude is an emission of creative energy, the superfluous potential of the request, on the contrary, is an obstacle, it is a concentration of energy in the same place. For this I personally love group sessions, everything is shared in an atmosphere of gratitude (a creative energy all around us)

The past gives us an identity and the future holds the promise of salvation, of fulfillment in whaterver form.

These can be defined as illusions as We can die and reborn within ourselves many times , we have cycles & we never stop transforming . #growth

For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. BUT

To someone who doesn't understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.

We have a model for how change is supposed to happen — an orderly transition. It is no longer possible to achieve that orderly transition, to combine action at the scale and speed we need with a smooth transition and a minimum of disruption.

INEQUALITY & DIVERSITY

Inequality is a convenient affirmation to those in need of power and fame , and different meaning has diversity . Diversity includes conflict which is depth in human cultures .

Multicultural communities sharing the same desires and values can create the greatest forms of success .

Setting a clear and inspiring destination.

Solid guidance to navigate the way.

We become each and every piece within the game called life!

Kat, Martino and Lorenz feel it's important to understand that an engaged community can have a significant impact on an organization and the world surrounding them, as they believe the system we live in is totally corrupted with not much freedom of expression of thoughts and pure self-creation. Coaches guide others and businesses toward improvement by focusing on strengths, teamwork, and understanding. This particular leadership role requires the use of many transferable skills such as empathy, communication, and positivity. Coaches provide consistent and constructive feedback based on performance, observation, and quantifiable data.

We can offer guidance individually or in groups. Often gaining trust both professionally and personally, those who coach benefit from the opportunity to guide others and typically build long-lasting relationships with many.
