Arianna has been a nonprofit professional for over 15 years. In that time she has started non-profits, sat on non profit boards, and has affected real change in her community. She joins us on W.A.H. to chat about disability rights advocacy, communication advocacy and creating inclusive communities. We also talk about our distain for the phrase self-care and, mostly importantly, our STRONG anti-bath bomb stance.
Also if we have any Fortune 500 CEOs listening, please slide into my DMs... @werealreadyherepod on instagram or email at [email protected].

It was such a pleasure to be joined by Dean, co-owner and found of NS Collective, a lifestyle brand created to motivate others, and promote a positive mindset. But he doesn't stop there! Dean is also a police officer, and proud Sagittarius (like Jay Z!). On this week's episode, Dean shares what the Never Settle mindset is really about. We chat about his passion for fitness as well as his passion for promoting financial freedom. He leaves us with some wise words - stay down til you come up, and be better than yesterday. HELLO.

Manuel joins W.A.H. and he came PREPARED.
Manuel is one of the most well-cultured people in my life. He is so educated in art and language, and speaks 4 languages himself! Truly the best museum companion if you’re ever lucky enough get the chance.
In this episode, we explore how the language we speak influences the way that we think, act, and the habits we form. We share words from different language that don't exactly translate to English. Also, Manuel shares his experience moving to the US from Mexico at 28 years old.
Wait - did I mention he’s ALSO a DOCTOR???
Topics: Relationships, creativity, art, perfectionism, self-improvement
What do we look for in dating? What SHOULD we look for instead? Where is the line between self-improvement and perfectionism? When does it cross over from being a very healthy growth mindset, to one that hurts and stops you? How does it affect your creative process?
Obviously we aren't qualified to answer any of these questions (like please just ask your therapist), but we get into super detailed discussions about each of these on this episode.
Parallel parking ninja, Christina, joins us and brings the most colorful metaphors, visceral anecdotes, and descriptive imagery with her. This podcast might feel like watching a movie because Christina just has a way of painting pictures with her words that you wont find anywhere else.
Separately, if you've wondered what it's like to date in New York City, we've got you covered - with OF COURSE a colorful anecdote by Christina herself.
Topics: Child of immigrants, inner child, generational trauma, healing

We chat about our experiences as the children of immigrants, and how it affects literally every aspect of your life. We talk about taking responsibility for our own emotions.
We come to the conclusion that we are soulmates and get engaged on air. This episode is a rollercoaster, NBD.

Welcome W.A.H.'s first guests, Emily! Emily's energy had me hooked from the moment we met. On the surface - she's an ambitious, intelligent career woman who has been managing New York City's busiest and highest grossing retail stores for over a decade. She competitively powerlifts, invests in her health and well being, and tells it how it is. Emily is also an incredible friend, and has such a way with words.
In this episode, we discuss leaving a long-term relationship later in life, a 110 LB weight loss journey, how we always manage to make things mean something about us and our value, and passing out at the doctor's office.
