To kick off season 2, we are joined by Meghan to chat about one of the most important skills we can possibly gain in our lives, and probably the number one thing we need to feel happy and content - but it is one we are never taught. Reducing your emotional reactivity and emotional intelligence.
We discuss allowing and welcoming the full spectrum of emotions without letting them take you for a ride. She walks us through an exercise you can do at any time on how to notice your emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them.
