Here in the United States sixty million babies have lost their lives to abortion.
Some professing Christians argue the Bible doesn’t mention abortion so we shouldn’t have a problem with it. But the Bible does mention abortion—it says “do not murder.” Scientifically and biblically, life begins at fertilization. All the information needed for that baby to grow is there—nothing new is added. Taking the life of that unborn person is murder.
And Scripture is full of commands to defend the voiceless, like orphans and widows, and that would certainly include the little ones he’s knitting together in their mothers’ womb.
