In this episode, Rachel and Beth sit down with Arden Martin of the Spring Meditation to talk about her journey with meditation and the profound effects it has had in every area of her life. She shares how meditation has positively impacted her role as a mom and takes a deep dive into the benefits of meditation.  She talks about how she went from being an elementary school teacher to co-founding a meditation studio that teaches people how to meditate effortlessly and supports meditators as they grow. Arden specifically practices a form of meditation called Vedic meditation which she describes in detail in this episode. She gives some tips and insight into how one can be successful with meditating if you're new to it or haven't had success with it in the past. 

Arden is passionate about living consciously - especially as it pertains to keeping a home, raising children, and creating daily life that feels intentional and aligned with what truly matters. She also shares about the social media break she's been taking this year and the many benefits she's seen in her life as a working mama who is always striving to be more present for her family.

Rachel sits down with her sister, Nicole Bringer, DPT, to each share what it was like getting to attend each other’s labor and deliveries for the births of their 2nd born babies. Rachel and Nicole had the privilege of being pregnant together for the 2nd time, and this time around they decided to have each other there as an extra support person at their deliveries. Rachel shares all about what it was like attending Nicole's home birth, and Nicole gives all the insight on what it was like being at Rachel's quick hospital birth!
