Finding the space to bring the highest version of you forward, especially when the world triggers you, is one of the hardest Earth School lessons to learn and an undeniable opportunity to grow. 

Awareness is key. Today, Brenda shares a few of her favorite mindfulness practices to help you navigate some of Earth School's toughest questions: What am I afraid of? Am I feral or domesticated? Are my social agreements outdated? Where do I need to detox energetically? Because Earth School is hard, and not everyone is as calm and cool as Keanu Reeves (yet...). 😉
