  • Ep. 104: Be Your Own Detox Guinea Pig with Eileen Durfee
Eileen Durfee tried everything on the journey to healing her body from chronic pain & allergies. An inventor & practitioner, she had been sickened by chemical exposure endured while working at a nuclear power plant.
After trying the usual meds, diets, & other treatments with limited results, Eileen began experimenting on herself with less traditional remedies. She essentially became her own guinea pig, trying everything from dry skin brushing to coffee enemas & constantly testing her progress with hair analysis.
Eileen recovered her health & found a new mission—to help others others overcome a life of ailments. She founded Creatrix Solutions, a line of natural healing products like salt, near infrared saunas, & air purifiers.
Becoming proactive about what’s going on with our bodies causes a major health shift! Eileen’s story & shared expertise will inspire you to take the next step.

  • Ep. 103: RelationShift: Practicing Politeness with Mister Manners
Thomas P. Farley is an etiquette expert whom you may recognize from ‘The Today Show’ or ‘Dr. Oz.’ He’s earned the moniker “Mister Manners” for helping us navigate modern-day issues with communication & respect.
Etiquette doesn’t just dictate which fork to use or when to send an invite. It gives people a playbook for how to behave in unfamiliar situations, preventing us from having to feel silly for doing the wrong thing.
Mister Manners says it’s also about making a habit of respecting others—strangers, co-workers, & even our own spouses. As we grow comfortable with our partners relationship etiquette can dwindle to the point of nonexistence. A husband failing to open a door for his wife may not send her packing, but disparaging your spouse in front of others is a huge faux pas in relationship etiquette.
Expectations of politeness have changed for both women & men in the twenty-first century. Can chivalry & feminism coexist? Mister Manners says, “yes!” He tells us how, & so much more.
Sign up for Mister Manners’ workshop at Mister-Manners.com & listen to his ‘What Manners Most’ podcast, available on all platforms.

  • Ep. 102: How to be Happier Than God with Neale Donald Walsch
Neale Donald Walsch is a spiritual messenger & bestselling author of the ‘Conversations with God’ book series. His mission is to bring us a new understanding of life & God with the practical application of spirituality in our daily lives.
Neale isn’t the only one talking to God. We all are, all the time! We may call it an epiphany or women’s intuition, but Neale wants us to know that’s God trying to tell us something.
There’s no need to fear these messages. Neale insists that God asks for nothing from us, has no expectations for us, & expects nothing in return for opening our hearts.
Neale shares the most profound piece of information God has ever imparted upon him. Our lives are not about us, but rather about those we touch & how we touch them. What we do for others, we do for ourselves.
Don’t let preconceived notions about religion or the word God keep you from receiving these important messages. You could miss out on a major spiritual shift!

  • Ep. 99: Define Your Own Success | Karma Quads Part 2
Nolan, Sabin, Mark, & Lennon Karma are back & turning the tables on Loree! The identical quadruplets have some questions about how to shift past other’s judgement & expectations.
The Karma Quads open up about competing with each other “obsessively,” in an attempt to prove to one other & themselves that they are enough. Who knew Millennials have the same fears we all do?
Loree explains how to shield ourselves from judgement by defining our own version of success. The most important thing is what we learn on the journey to meeting our goals.
It’s hard not to get thrown off course by other people or just the circumstances of life. Loree encourages us to be careful of the meaning we apply to those situations. A bad reaction causes more negative thoughts & emotions.

The ‘Karma Quads’ as they’re known on YouTube, have learned about authentic human connection through their journey of learning to accept one another instead of judging. Their advice for how to begin opening up and being vulnerable to those you want a deeper relationship with is simple, yet wise beyond their years.

They desire to impact the world, not just by sharing their story, but also by what they’ve learned along the way, to help you determine who in your life you can look to for support and emotional safety.
