The Battle of Blingdenstone resulted in a pyrrhic victory for the party, as most of the citizens, including Kazook, Chipgrin, and Sark perished in combat. In a last ditch effort to turn the tide, Dro sacrificed himself to the demonlord Graz'zt, becoming Dro, the Avatar of Avarice. The now demonic ranger rained unholy vengeance upon his former brethren, and shortly there afterwards, flew to join his new master.
