The officer is on paid administrative leave while FDLE investigates.

- The man charged with shooting and killing three people in Daytona Beach is expected to see a judge. Police say 38-year-old Jerome Anderson admitted to the shooting in a 911 call yesterday morning. He's set to make his first appearance in court this afternoon at 1:30.

On Tuesday, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation told WESH 2 News that it received a "market reduction notice" from Farmers Insurance Group. A Farmers spokesperson, Trevor Chapman, confirmed it is discontinuing Farmers-branded home, auto and umbrella insurance – a total of 100,000 policies, most of them homeowners policies.

- The Ocala woman who shot and killed her neighbor -- a mother of four -- is expected back in court today. Susan Lorincz is scheduled to be arraigned on manslaughter at 9 a.m. for killing A.J. Owens.

- A woman accused of suffocating a baby then repeatedly stabbing herself back in November is expected in court today. According to the arrest affidavit 25-year-old Carlisha Anderson stabbed herself multiple times, preventing first responders from going in right away to help the child. Anderson is charged with second degree murder and manslaughter.
