An Orlando woman has filed a class action lawsuit against Frontier Airlines over their bag policy. The lawsuit alleges deceptive or misleading practices and advertising. 

- Today the Tourist Development Tax Citizen Advisory Task Force will present their recommendations to county commissioners about how to spend hundreds of millions in tourism tax dollars. Commissioners ultimately decide which projects are given approval.

- A woman accused of shooting 4 people outside a Daytona Beach nightclub is being held without bond. 29-year-old Karla Bermudez is charged with attempted murder after shots were fired during a fight outside Razzles nightclub Saturday night. Police say two people hurt were innocent bystanders and two others were shot more than once.

Some Florida Metro areas could see home prices drop.

CoreLogic, a company that looks at property data, lists four areas in Florida in the top five markets that are at risk of home price decline in the next twelve months.

- Daytona Beach police are searching for a person of interest following a shooting that left three people hurt. This happened late Saturday night outside of Razzles Nightclub on Seabreeze Boulevard. The three victims are expected to be okay.

- Officers responded to South Semoran Boulevard just before 10 yesterday morning. They believe a fight led to the shots being fired. They say everyone involved is accounted for now.

As Farmers Insurance gets ready to leave the state and AAA announces plans not to renew some Florida home insurance policies, tens of thousands of Citizens policyholders may now lose their coverage.

- The Winter Park woman accused of leaving her boyfriend to die in a suitcase is is expected back in court today. Today's hearing will determine if the trial for Sarah Boone will begin on Monday. Boone is charged with Second Degree Murder for the death of Jorge Torres Junior in 2020.

- A disgraced former Central Florida professional guardian will be sentenced today. Rebecca Fierle was arrested in 2020 and charged with aggravated abuse and neglect of an elderly person. A deadlocked jury ended in a mistrial last September, but Fierle entered a plea of "no contest" to a lesser neglect charge.

- The Seminole County Sheriff's Office is increasing patrols along the Seminole Wekiva Trail after a woman was attacked. It happened Monday night near Eden Park Road in Altamonte Springs. The woman says a man grabbed her from behind and assaulted her.

- Deputies in Osceola County are on the hunt for the person who shot someone in the face. It happened at the Arlington Inn on US Highway 192 in Kissimmee yesterday morning. The victim is in critical condition.
