If the past is in the past, can it be altered? Like a lazy river of life, time moves steadily on. The past is fixed, the future uncertain. However, Jesus is always far more ready to heal than we are ready to ask. The love and forgiveness of Jesus can change how we remember. Through His power, your test can become a testimony. Maybe this is you: “My finances are a wreck. I don’t have peace about it.” Or “I’m comfortable. I have peace.” Or maybe you’re somewhere in between. What matters is not how much we have or don’t have but what we DO with what we have. The problem is not having wealth, but how to BE wealthy for the Kingdom of God, because what God cares about is people.
The empire of the world uses people to win money. People in Jesus’ kingdom should use money to win people.
Listen to learn more about as god re-aligns our financial priorities, and therefore reorders our loves, we can have greater financial peace as we get out of debt, build wealth, and grow to be radically generous with all God has given us.
How are Christians supposed to have possessions, wealth and finances in this world? How do we get out of debt? How are we supposed to properly order our loves in this lifetime to the glory of God?
Listen as our senior pastor Rev Dr Jeff Patterson leads us through the story of the widow's mite and how it doesn't matter how much or little we have, but what we DO with what we have.
